Personally it would be Blade Runner but such awesome competition:
Aliens, Back to the Future, Brazil, The Breakfast Club, Do The Right Thing, The Empire Strikes Back, The Princess Bride, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Raging Bull, The Terminator, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, When Harry Met Sally, The Blues Brothers, The Shining, Poltergeist, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, The Road Warrior...*phew*

Well, I was a child of the 80's (born in 70) so I guess it's still my favorite era.

Lizz . . . you are so naive! Porky's was in fact the best film in the 80's. It had drama, love, mystery and suspense. It is what every movie should be!
